Asana

The same bug, as a task in the project you already use.

Connect Asana, choose a project, and map BugTrap fields onto custom fields that project already has. Each new bug becomes a task with the title, the description, and the screenshot. The team still filters, assigns, and closes it in BugTrap.

What gets sent

A task for the new bug, and a link back.

  • A project you choose

An admin connects Asana under Integrations and picks the project that should receive new bugs. One connection per workspace.

  • New bugs become tasks

The task gets the title, the description, and the screenshot. Later edits in BugTrap stay in BugTrap. The bug page links to the task that was created.

  • Custom fields you already have

Map title, description, priority, type, status, reporter name, reporter email, page URL, the BugTrap link, and the time it was created.

  • Text, number, dropdown, multi-select, or date

Those BugTrap fields can land on custom fields of those kinds. Read-only fields are left alone. Priority, type, and status can map onto a dropdown’s existing options.

On the $5 plan

Asana is included.

An admin connects one Asana project per workspace. The connection is on the $5 plan, for bugs filed after you connect it. Later edits stay in BugTrap.

$5 a month for the workspace. The team is included.

Screenshot, markup, element HTML and CSS, replay, diagnostics, guest reports, Asana, and MCP come with that price.
