Invite admins, members, and guests into one workspace. Seats are not a line item. A person can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them.
Roles
Three roles. One price.
Admins invite by email
Someone who already has an account is added immediately and emailed. Everyone else gets a link that expires in 14 days. Admins manage the team, the forms, install, Asana, and billing.
Members work the queue
A member can change status, priority, type, and assignee, and can comment internally. Admins and members can each keep ten MCP tokens.
Guests follow along
A guest can open the queue and comment. Their comments stay public. Settings, billing, and internal notes stay with admins and members.
More than one workspace
A person can belong to several workspaces and switch among them. Each workspace has its own API key, its own queue, and its own subscription.
Install
One script tag on the site.
The workspace API key ties reports to this queue. data-audience chooses the guest or member form. data-position puts the button on the right or the left. The widget files new reports while the subscription is active or trialing. If a renewal fails, new reports pause and the dashboard stays open so an admin can update the card. The Chrome extension uses the same key when you file from a page you are viewing.
