The queue

A queue the team can filter, assign, and close.

The bug lands with its evidence already attached. Filter the list, assign a teammate, and keep the conversation on the ticket. Public comments and internal notes stay separate.

Working a bug

Status, priority, a person, and a thread.

  • Open, in progress, resolved, closed

Status moves through those four. Priority is low, medium, high, or critical. Type is bug, feedback, question, or other. Admins and members can change each of them, and can assign a teammate.

  • Filter, then search

The list filters by status and priority. Search matches the title and the description. Each bug has a BUG- code. The code is a label. The link uses the id.

  • Public comments and internal notes

A comment can be marked internal. Guests do not get that checkbox, so a guest’s comment stays public. Internal notes are for admins and members deciding what to do next.

  • Mention a teammate with @

The composer lists people in the workspace. A mention is stored on the comment, and BugTrap emails that person a link to the bug.

On the $5 plan

The queue is included for the whole team.

There is no per-seat price for filtering, assigning, or commenting. Admins and members can change a bug. Guests can follow it and comment. Internal notes stay with admins and members. Mentioning someone emails them a link to the bug.

Who can do what

BugTrap

$5 a month for the workspace. The team is included.

Screenshot, markup, element HTML and CSS, replay, diagnostics, guest reports, Asana, and MCP come with that price.
